Welcome onboard the ship-restaurant of SIRIUS.

The unique frigate from the 13th century has been turned into a specialized fish restaurant seating 150 guests. The SIRIUS ship "dropped anchor" ashore in 1991 and has since been welcoming both local and foreign diners round the year. It is located at the very seaside in St. Konstantine and Elena resort and has earned the fame of the oldest and best fish restaurant in the vicinity of Varna. The ship interior is designed at two levels accommodating four dining rooms and a bar complete with dark-wood furniture, sea maps and lanterns. The end result is a harmonious mixture of historical charm and modern finesse.

With your very entry you get the feeling that the vessel is actually sailing. The atmosphere gets even more real through the attending staff attired in seaman clothes.

From May through the end of September the restaurant operates at a doubled capacity: the open deck and both platforms provide an incomparable view of the beach and the serene Black Sea, along with culinary adventures beneath the open skies.

The most important asset of the SIRIUS restaurant is the quality of the food. The menu offers a variety of delicious sea foods, fresh grilled fish, and starters of marinated fish. The pleasure of seafood specialties wouldn’t be complete without wine: the restaurant offers the best Bulgarian wines and famous French wines from Bordeau, from Italy, Spain and even New Zealand. And what is more, each dish from the offered rich menu is prepared with skill and special attitude!
